My Opinion on this DVD
Overall I would say this is an excellent wrestling DVD and has some really good heavyweight wrestling techniques. If you listen to Bruce talk you pick up stuff about heavyweight wrestlers that you never thought of before. My only complaint about the dvd is that he goes all over the place and the topics don’t seem to be in order.
Having said that, I would still recommend to any heavyweight wrestler or wrestling coach. You may spend some time trying to find the information, but this dvd has so much good information that it is worth the investment.
The heavweight wrestling tips he give will help any serious heavyweight wrestler. I have to add this is one of my favorite heavyweight dvds I have reviewed to this date. I have made this wrestling dvd a Editors Pick.
