Wrestling is the greatest sport on the planet. I think any kid that wants to wrestle should be able to. I don’t think any child should be turned away from wrestling because they don’t have money to buy wrestling shoes.

Wrestling shoes for kids are expensive and one of the best ways that parents can help grow the sport of wrestling is to donate their child’s old wrestling shoes and old singlets.

What about if you have Really Expensive Wrestling Shoes

I realize that the best wrestling shoes can be expensive. Some shoes cost as much as a couple of hundred dollars. In my opinion, if you have extra money, I would recommend giving those shoes to a hard working family who doesn’t have a lot of money, but has a serious wrestler.

If you’re like me, you will sell your kids old wrestling shoes to help buy new wrestling shoes. I suggest that you consider selling them for an extremely cheap price to help a family that would benefit from good pair of cheap wrestling shoes.

Why Donate Your Wrestling Shoes

By giving away old wrestling shoes, you are directly helping the sport of wrestling. A child that uses a pair of donated wrestling shoes may have his/her life changed forever. Your generosity may keep a kid off the streets…. That child might turn into an Olympic wrestling champion.

How Do I Donate My Child’s Wrestling Shoes

If your child is in little league wrestling, contact the club president. I’m sure they will find a use for child’s wrestling shoes. If your child is in junior high or high school wrestling, contact the head coach or your wrestling booster club to see if they accept donated wrestling shoes.

If your wrestling club or school doesn’t currently accept donated wrestling shoes, ask if you can volunteer and help get the program started.
